plotting my escape

i've always wanted to drive across the country. to travel with no official destination, no where i need to be, no deadline on when i have to return.

just pack up a station wagon or an old vw hippy van. living "off the grid", taking millions of photographs, and letting my worries fly out the open window into a desert breeze.
