    oh GOSH does the icing on that first cake have SPARKLES or GOLD FLECKS in it?
    either way, this post is delicious (but i have to respectfully disagree with you about the cheerwine sherbet you mentioned earlier...i thought it sounded absolutely perfect, bought it, and could not stand it!)
